Content of the BASIC program

Insights® Discovery individual and personal profiles (about 20 pages)

  • Introduction to the Insights Discovery methodology in a workshop lasting between 2 to 4 hours
  • Individual analysis and feedback on Insights personal profile, 20 minutes per person
  • Ideal for events such as: Team Building, Project Kick-off, Internal Seminars, Executive Retreats

Content of the TEAM program

Insights® Discovery individual and personal profiles (about 20 pages)

  • 1 day of team cohesion workshop with introduction to the Insights methodology led by a certified specialist
  • Individual analysis and feedback on the Insights personal profile, 30 minutes per person (1 hour for the team lead)
  • Preparation of the day in advance with the team lead to define objectives (2 hours)

Content of the Leadership program

Insights® Discovery personal and individual profiles (approximately 25 pages) including the specialized ‘Management’ module

  • 1 day of leadership workshop with introduction to the Insights methodology led by a certified specialist
  • Individual analysis and feedback on the Insights personal profile, 1 hour per person
  • Preparation of the day in advance with the Management/HR to define the objectives (2 hours)

Content of the Full Leadership Program

Insights® Discovery personal and individual profiles (approximately 25 pages) including the specialized ‘Management’ module

  • 1 day of leadership workshop with introduction to the Insights methodology led by a certified specialist
  • 4 half days leadership training :
    Management basics, Managing the company, Managing the employees, Managing oneself
  • Individual analysis and feedback on the Insights personal profile, 1 hour per person
  • One month of coaching support
